A new CMO wanted a video that would explain how Epsilon’s personalization technology works in a fun, accessible and memorable way. We created this little story of four very different consumers, demonstrating how personalization can go wrong, and how to get it right. This is the full-length version, we created several cut-downs that ran on CTV media through LinkedIn.

I directed this with Ryan Lewis of Cider Mill Productions and helped cast it, in addition to providing creative direction. Marc Sloboda designed the production with Scott Durand, and they both edited the different versions for the media buy. Holly Ashworth wrote the script. Kayla Butscher was wardrobe stylist and graphic designer.
